Mission
The Directorate of Construction Works and Technical Department provides services in all kinds of construction, facilities, repair, maintenance, manufacturing, study, project, exploration, tender, and supervision works necessary for the Institution within contemporary construction techniques and design understanding. With the existing personnel and equipment, it aims to find solutions to problems as quickly as possible in the areas we are responsible for, and to create contemporary facilities by establishing physical spaces that will ensure continuous improvement and development in education, teaching, research, and practice for the creation of healthy future generations, in accordance with the Public Procurement Law and related Legislative Provisions.
Vision
To provide a service of contemporary structuring that is reasonable with scientific truths, investigative, and follows technological developments, for the operation of the Institution and its sustainability in the future within the framework of existing Laws and Regulations.
